Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal upon receiving their order. This applies to all products, including discounted items, except for custom-made products. No justification is required. To simplify the process, simply submit your withdrawal request through our Spectra ChatBot (bottom-right corner of our website).
Once the withdrawal form is received, you have an additional 14 days to return the products. Return shipping from mainland France is fully covered by Europe-Connection and will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit with no expiration date, valid on www.europe-connection.fr.
Upon dispatch of the returned items, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, shortened once the products are received by Europe-Connection. In the event of a refund delay, we commit to paying interest based on the total value of the returned products, as follows:
Up to 10 days: 3.15%
Up to 20 days: 5%
Up to 30 days: 10%
Up to 60 days: 20%
Up to 90 days: 50%
Beyond 90 days: +5% additional per month
The legal warranty of conformity applies to all products, for a period of 2 years starting from the date of payment.
To claim your legal warranty of conformity, simply contact the Buyer Protection Service at the following email address: direction@europe-connection.fr. Once your request is received, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 24 hours, and your rights will be automatically activated.
You will then be able to choose between a replacement or repair of the product, within a maximum period of 1 month. If this deadline is exceeded, you may opt for a full refund by returning the item, or a partial refund.
The warranty against hidden defects applies to all products, for a period of 5 years from the date of payment.

Once your request is received, our team will review your case and respond within 72 hours. If your claim is accepted, you will be given the choice between a full refund (by returning the item), or a partial refund.
All our products come with an automatic 12-month warranty, at no extra cost.
For greater peace of mind, you can extend your warranty at the time of purchase for an additional 2 or 5 years, available at a minimal cost.
The delivery guarantee applies to all products and is automatically triggered if the delivery time exceeds 60 days.
Europe-Connection tracks all shipments. If your order status is not marked as “Delivered” within 60 days of dispatch, you will automatically receive a notification by email.
After receiving this message, you can choose between a full refund of your order or the reshipment of a similar product at no additional cost.

With this additional coverage, if your order is lost, damaged, or compromised during shipping, a replacement product will be automatically shipped within 48 hours, without waiting for investigation results or shipping claims.
