It is hereby stated that these terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Europe-Connection to any individual or legal entity making a purchase through the website www.europe-connection.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the CLIENT.”

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the order form and order confirmation, constitute the sales contract between Europe-Connection and the CLIENT regarding the sale of the ordered products.

Any order placed on the website www.europe-connection.fr requires that the CLIENT fully and unreservedly accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If the CLIENT disagrees with any part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, they must not use the Website.

Europe-Connection reserves the right to adapt or modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice. Such adaptations or modifications apply to all orders placed after their publication.

In case of modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the CLIENT’s order are those that were online and accepted by the CLIENT at the time the order was placed.

Article 1 – Definitions

Article 2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Europe-Connection and the CLIENT, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.europe-connection.com.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor under your responsibility to make purchases on this online store.

The use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited. Europe-Connection assumes no responsibility for the use of items sold on its website. The client assumes full responsibility for the use of the product and must comply with the laws in force in their country.

Europe-Connection reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the user experience of its website. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the CLIENT’s order.

Article 3. Pricing

Prices shown on product pages in the online catalogue are in Euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), reflecting the applicable VAT rate on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices.

Europe-Connection reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the CLIENT.

Products remain the property of www.europe-connection.com until full payment is received by www.europe-connection.com.

Products on promotion are marked with a “PROMOTION” label or a crossed-out price. Promotions are valid while stocks last at the time of the order and during the displayed promotion period.

For CLIENTS outside mainland France, www.europe-connection.com is required by law to charge VAT on orders shipped to most European Union countries.

For CLIENTS outside the European Union and French overseas territories, orders are not subject to VAT, but may be subject to local taxes and customs duties applicable in the destination country. These fees are not the responsibility of www.europe-connection.com and are to be paid by the CLIENT.

Warning: Any inaccurate information provided by the CLIENT in order to avoid VAT may result in civil penalties and criminal prosecution.

Product prices listed on www.europe-connection.com do not include processing and shipping fees, which are billed in addition to the product price and depend on the total amount of the order.

Article 4. Order

Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed to the CLIENT at the latest at the time of delivery. Europe-Connection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is an ongoing dispute relating to payment of a previous order.

To order products on the website www.europe-connection.com, the CLIENT must create an account by providing the required information on the registration form.

In this respect, the CLIENT declares that they will provide complete and accurate personal information, allowing for precise identification in any situation. Any false or defamatory information may result in the closure of the CLIENT’s account and cancellation of their order.

The account creation section is accessible directly from the main menu bar. On each visit, the CLIENT wishing to place an order or access their account (order status, personal information, etc.) must log in using these credentials.

Article 5. Payment

The price of the Products and the preparation, logistics, and delivery fees are payable in full by the CLIENT at the time the Order is placed.

The website www.europe-connection.com may offer the Client various payment options:

By credit card: After selecting the credit card payment option, the Client is redirected to the secure payment system interface to safely enter their personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively concluded. Payment by credit card is irrevocable.

By bank transfer: After selecting the bank transfer payment option and validating the order, the Client receives a confirmation of their order. To finalize payment and initiate order processing, the Client must transfer the total amount of the order to the Europe-Connection bank account, the details of which are provided at the end of the ordering process.

Once the transfer is received, the order will be processed and the Client will be notified by email.

By check: After selecting the payment option by check and validating the order, the Client receives a confirmation of their order. To finalize payment and initiate order processing, the Client must print out the order form and send it along with a check made payable to Europe-Connection, to the following address: Europe-Connection, 64 Chemin Les Prayes, 04300 Dauphin, France.

No cash payments should be sent. In the case of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank located in mainland France or Monaco. Once the check is received, the order will be processed and the Client will be notified by email. Europe-Connection will ship the products in approximately 10 days, allowing time for bank verification of the funds.

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right allows the Client to return the product to the seller for an exchange or refund without penalty. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original signed delivery note.

Return shipping costs are covered by Europe-Connection as part of its Buyer Protection program for returns from mainland France. These costs are reimbursed in the form of a store credit with no expiration date, valid on Europe-Connection.com. Returns from locations outside mainland France are not eligible for free return shipping.

Custom-Made Products and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Most products offered by Europe-Connection are custom-made to order, according to the Client’s specific requirements. For example, and without limitation, cameras or microphones integrated into outlets, stuffed toys, or other objects are manufactured individually and configured based on the Client’s expressed needs. Due to their customized nature, these products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, even though they are offered directly on the website. Please consult our customer service team before placing your order to ensure your purchase is eligible. You can view the list of custom-made products here: List of Custom-Made Products.

This policy is intended to provide a personalized and tailored service, while protecting the quality and integrity of sensitive products. These devices, being designed specifically to meet the Client’s requests, are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with regulations applicable to personalized or made-to-order goods.

Special Conditions for Sensitive Products

Sensitive products, such as surveillance and counter-surveillance equipment, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once opened. A security seal is affixed to the packaging of these products to guarantee their integrity. If this seal is broken or removed, the right of withdrawal may be denied.

If a refund is granted after inspection, it may be subject to a reduction reflecting the loss of value due to opening or use of the product. These depreciation fees are determined after internal inspection, and a detailed report on the product’s condition will be provided to the Client.

Cases of Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the following cases are not eligible for the right of withdrawal:

Goods made to order or clearly personalized, requiring specific adaptations to meet technical and aesthetic requirements (e.g., custom-integrated cameras or microphones in objects).

Digital content provided on a non-physical medium and subscription services that have begun execution with the Client’s agreement, accompanied by a waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Opened CDs, DVDs, or computer software.

Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened (e.g., earpieces).

Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, such as non-rechargeable batteries.

All other items, including those on sale or promotion, are eligible for the right of withdrawal.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client must complete the form available via the Spectra ChatBot.

Requests for withdrawal cannot be made by email or phone. The Client must expressly request a withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product. This period remains unchanged even if the last day falls on a holiday or non-working day.

If this deadline is exceeded, the request will be denied, except in the case of product defects, where the request may be converted into a warranty claim (see Article 9. Warranty). Simply returning the package or refusing delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal request.

For more information about the right of withdrawal, please visit the service-public.fr website.

7. Disbursements and Services

1. Definition of Disbursements

Products sold on the Europe-Connection website are purchased on behalf of the client under a disbursement system. This means that Europe-Connection acts as an intermediary, buying the products from third-party suppliers in the name and on behalf of the client. By confirming their order, the client agrees that the product cost corresponds to the actual price charged by the supplier, with no profit margin added by Europe-Connection on this amount.

Europe-Connection’s profit margin comes exclusively from the services offered in addition to the product purchase. These services include, but are not limited to:

Fast delivery, ensuring efficient shipment of the product.

Technical or administrative support, to meet specific needs related to the use or tracking of the product.

Additional warranty, offering extended protection or extra benefits for the product.

These services are billed separately and included in the total amount paid by the client at the time of order.

Europe-Connection guarantees that, in all cases, the total amount paid by the client on the website is final and definitive. No additional fees will be requested after the order, either for the product or for any associated services.

2. Distinction Between Products and Services

The total amount paid by the client at the time of order includes:

The product cost (disbursement): corresponding to the price charged by the supplier.

The services provided by Europe-Connection, including but not limited to:

Fast order processing and delivery.

Technical or administrative support related to the product.

Additional warranty covering certain aspects of the product (details specified in the relevant clauses).

Returns and product repairs.

Creation and provision of documentation in French.

Assistance with, or implementation of, the product (installation).

Installation or integration of spy microphones/cameras into a device.

These services billed by Europe-Connection are separate from the product cost and constitute the actual revenue of Europe-Connection.

3. Provisional and Final Invoicing

Provisional Invoice at the Time of Order

When the client confirms their order on the Europe-Connection website, they automatically receive a provisional invoice by email. This invoice includes the total amount paid by the client, without an immediate breakdown between:

The product cost (disbursement).

Service fees charged by Europe-Connection (delivery, support, warranty, etc.).

This provisional invoice serves as a temporary document confirming the payment made by the client. It matches the total amount indicated at the time of the order.

4. Final Invoice Upon Request

Final Invoice Upon Request

After confirmation and processing of the order, the customer may request a final invoice by email at service-clients@europe-connection.com. This final invoice will include:

The exact disbursement costs, corresponding to the actual price of the product billed by third-party suppliers.

A detailed breakdown of services provided by Europe-Connection, such as:

Additional warranty coverage, if applicable

Technical support

Custom documentation

Integration or configuration of the product

The final invoice complies with legal obligations in terms of transparency and itemization of costs.

Transparency Commitment – Final Price Guaranteed

Europe-Connection guarantees that the amount paid by the customer at the time of ordering is final and all-inclusive. No additional fees will be charged after payment. This total amount covers:

The product cost (as disbursement)

And the service fees provided by Europe-Connection

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this billing structure as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Example of a Final Invoice (available upon request):

Total amount paid by the customer for a hidden camera humidifier: €139.90

4K UHD Hidden Camera (disbursement): €79.90

Humidifier (disbursement): €20.30

Camera integration, documentation in French, warranty and after-sales service (Europe-Connection services): €39.70

5. Warranty and Support

As part of the invoiced services, Europe-Connection offers the customer:

An additional product-specific warranty, separate from that of the supplier.

Technical or administrative support for any questions or issues related to the use or delivery of the product.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the Europe-Connection website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, including:

The principle of disbursements for the ordered products.

The fees associated with the services provided by Europe-Connection.

Article 8. Delivery

Article 8. Delivery

The delivery of Products will take place, after payment confirmation, at the delivery address provided by the CLIENT during the order process. An email will be sent to the CLIENT to confirm shipment of the Products. The CLIENT may choose from several available delivery options.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the chosen delivery method (home address, pickup point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package, and the destination.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. If delivery exceeds thirty (30) days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be canceled and the CLIENT refunded.

Upon delivery, the CLIENT is required to inspect the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. If any damage is observed, the CLIENT has two options:

Immediately report the damage to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Refuse the package due to visible damage.

If the package is delivered to a mailbox or left at a location without the CLIENT being present, the CLIENT must notify Europe-Connection within 24 hours of the supposed delivery if any damage or issues are found with the condition of the package.

Damages caused by the carrier will be subject to a claim filed by Europe-Connection with the carrier. Any refund or compensation will be determined by the carrier, in accordance with its own policies and claim procedures.

Please note that Europe-Connection cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the carrier. However, we are committed to assisting our clients in any claims process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Article 9. Warranty

All products offered by Europe-Connection on the website www.europe-connection.com are covered by the legal warranty as provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In the event of a non-conforming product, it may be returned to Europe-Connection for repair, replacement, or, if those are not possible, refund.

All warranty claims, requests for exchange or refund must be submitted via our Spectra ChatBot.

The legal conformity warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty against hidden defects is valid for 5 years from the order date.

In addition to legal guarantees, Europe-Connection offers a free extended warranty of 12 to 24 months on all items. This warranty may be extended up to 7 years upon request and for an additional fee. The request for an extended warranty must be made prior to the delivery date of the order. Europe-Connection reserves the right to refuse any extension request without justification.

The warranty offered by Europe-Connection does not cover:

Physical or software damage caused by misuse or third parties (e.g., using a non-waterproof camera underwater).

Physical damage due to accidents or improper handling (e.g., broken device due to a fall).

Wear and tear components (e.g., non-rechargeable batteries).

Defects or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs not performed or supervised by Europe-Connection.

Cosmetic defects, wear and tear, or aging-related deterioration.

Europe-Connection will cover return and re-shipping costs for items accepted under warranty. However, if:

The issue falls under one of the above exclusions, or

The product is found to have no fault upon inspection,

then the client will be responsible for the repair costs and the shipping fees for returning the item.

In such cases, Europe-Connection will provide a detailed quote for any necessary repairs. If the client disagrees with the repair proposal, the item will be returned at Europe-Connection’s expense, without any repair being carried out.

Article 10. Responsabilité

Europe-Connection is only bound by a best-effort obligation at all stages: access to the website, order process, delivery, customer service, and after-sales services. Europe-Connection cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damages inherent to the use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service disruption, or any other involuntary issues, or in the case of force majeure, as defined by applicable jurisprudence.

The electronic records stored in Europe-Connection's information systems under reasonable security conditions shall be considered valid proof of communications, orders, and payments between Europe-Connection and the Customer.

Europe-Connection offers surveillance products (both hardware and software) that comply with current French legislation. The Customer has the legal right to purchase these products but agrees that their use is strictly regulated by law. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares that they will comply with applicable laws in the country of use, including:

Not infringing on another person’s privacy

Obtaining consent from all individuals involved in any surveillance operation

Not using prohibited or regulated broadcast frequencies

Not exceeding transmission power limits defined by the laws in the country of use

Not accessing information systems without proper authorization from the system owner

Not using the equipment to commit or facilitate illegal acts

Not opening, deleting, delaying, redirecting, intercepting, using, or disclosing correspondence intended for third parties

Not lending, renting, gifting, or selling surveillance equipment without informing the new user of the legal requirements

Understanding and complying with the local laws and regulations of the country of use

Europe-Connection disclaims all responsibility for any illegal use of its products. In the event that a third party initiates legal proceedings against Europe-Connection, its staff, or executives in a French or foreign court due to the Customer’s illegal or inappropriate use of the products, the Customer agrees to cover all legal expenses incurred by Europe-Connection, its management, or employees, in a personal or professional capacity. The Customer also acknowledges that Europe-Connection may pursue legal action against them in case of damages caused by such use.

Some of the aforementioned limitations may not apply to law enforcement agencies, government entities, or professional investigators, who must hold the appropriate legal authorizations for surveillance activities as defined by their applicable legislation.

Article 11 – Security

The website www.europe-connection.com is secured by an encryption system: the SSL encryption protocol has been implemented, and all scrambling and encryption processes have been reinforced to provide the highest level of protection for sensitive payment-related data.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, books, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website www.europe-connection.com are reserved under copyright law and intellectual property rights worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is authorized, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of said code. Any total or partial reproduction of the website www.europe-connection.com is strictly prohibited, whether in the form of photos, logos, visuals, or text.

Article 13 – Product Images

For security reasons, certain product images may differ from the actual item received. As such, product photos are considered non-contractual; color, shape, or size may vary slightly. This security measure is implemented to prevent product recognition during missions carried out by our clients. However, the technical specifications, placement, and quality of the product will always match the description provided on the product page. The customer may request to receive the product exactly as shown in the listing image when placing an order, in which case they accept the potential risks related to third-party identification of the product.

Article 14 – Personal Data

All the data you provide on the website www.europe-connection.com is used solely for the purpose of processing your orders.

In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and individual liberties, you have the right to access, correct, modify, or delete any personal data you have shared with us. This right can also be exercised online.

Article 15. Force majeure

The performance by Europe-Connection of all or part of its obligations, particularly delivery, shall be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that hinders or delays its execution. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, and strikes of any kind. Europe-Connection will inform the CLIENTS of the occurrence of such an event within seven days of its onset. If the suspension continues for more than fifteen days, the CLIENT shall have the option to cancel the current order, in which case the price of the ordered Products and any paid delivery fees will be refunded.

Article 16: Definition and Conditions of Custom-Made Products

1. General Definition

A custom-made product is defined as any item that is manufactured, assembled, modified, or personalized according to the client's specific specifications or requests. These specifications may relate to the physical, technical, aesthetic, or functional characteristics of the product.

2. Products with Specific Modifications

Standard products that undergo modifications—such as the addition of an extra battery, the integration of a converter, or any other alteration to the product’s original configuration—are considered custom-made products. These modifications are carried out to meet specific needs expressed by the client at the time of the order.

Examples of Modifications:

Camera with Enhanced Battery: A standard camera offered on the site with a 5000 mAh battery. If a variation of this camera with a 13000 mAh battery is available, that variation is considered a custom-made modification of the base product.

Microphone with Power Converter: A standard microphone equipped with a 1000 mAh battery, if offered with a choice of 220V or 12V power converter, is considered a custom-made modification, even if this option is available on the website.

3. Identification of the Base Product

The base product is the one initially presented as the standard option on the product page. Any other variation or modification made to this product—even if listed as an option on the website—is considered custom-made.

4. Exclusion from Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Once a custom-made product order is placed and confirmed by the client, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or proven non-compliance of the delivered product with the specified order.

5. Consultation on Product Status

Clients are encouraged to contact our customer service via europe-connection for any questions regarding the status of their product. In case of doubt, our team can confirm whether a specific variation is considered a custom-made product.

Article 17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be legally binding. In the event of a dispute arising from the Order, the delivery of the Products, or more generally from the execution of the sale, the CLIENT shall have the option, prior to any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, notably with the assistance of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.

Article 18. Consumer dispute mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding the mediation of consumer disputes, Europe-Connection has subscribed to an independent external mediation service to ensure fair and impartial handling of complaints.

After contacting us and if no satisfactory solution has been reached, you may use the mediation procedure free of charge through our appointed mediator:
